See You Soon...

The 2010 ITTONA Convention Organizing Committee is eagerly awaiting the arrival of our Trentini friends from around North America and the world. We have planned for three fun and informative days allowing us to celebrate our roots and connect with new and old friends.

All Convention activities, with the exception of the Friday night bus tour and Sunday Polenta Picnic, will take place at the
Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Vaughan.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Hwy. 7 & Hwy. 400 and is an easy taxi commute from Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Please remember that it is your responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the airport for your arrival and departure as the hotel does not offer a shuttle service.

Check-in for the Convention starts on Thursday, July 22 from 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday, July 23 at 9:00 a.m.

Each participant will be given a personalized and colour-coded name tag that must be visibly worn at all times in order to gain access to the presentations, events and meals that are part of the Convention.

The Friday night downtown Toronto Bus Tour is open to Full Package participants only. Five buses will depart from the Hotel at 15 minute intervals beginning at 7:00 p.m. It is your responsibility to sign-up for the bus departure time of your choosing during check-in.

The Convention Organizing Committee is also happy to provide shuttle bus service to and from the Picnic site and hotel for our guests. Buses will begin transporting guests to the Picnic site on Sunday at approximately 9:00 a.m. They are scheduled for return service, every 20 minutes, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
